Today I went to St Arnold's

I was working today and we had to go to St Arnold's Brewery.
It was a pretty cool place, but I didn't get to see much outside of the phone room and the basement.
I did manage to get 3 touristy iPhone pics though.

But.. the most exciting thing today was the wall across the street.  Corrugated(sp) steel walls with rust lines that looked painted on, I couldn't quit staring at it.

I am going back this weekend, I hope, to shoot it with my real camera

When Fish Fly!

I know I have been a super slacker with this snap daily business.
I seem to have forgotten what the name implies.

Well anyway, I am back for today and in a week or so when psycho soccer is over and we get down to only one team and 2 practice nights and 1 game a week, I think I can start shooting everyday again.
I was inspired by some images I saw today on the computer, and they weren't mine. Disgusting!!

So I was thinking to myself that I was going to get with it and shoot everyday for the rest of my life, then I thought

yeah right, When Fish Fly through a Chinese restaurant

Well I did have a great day today with Mr. G

I was at the station today and noticed the owl (scarecrow owl) wasn't really working anymore.
I guess no one told the pidgeons  that they were to fear the giant plastic owl in the corner.

Im beginning to think G doesn't like me taking his picture so much anymore. 

Even when I am being stealthy.

Soccer Day!

Today was G's soccer game.
I don't think I've ever actually told you the name of his team.
They are "The Angry Birds" hahaha!

Well anyway today was the game, they won 4-1
And let me say so very proudly, that my son, G, scored ALL 4 Of the goals!!!!

He is an awesome soccer player, it is his passion and his love, and he is so good at it.

he gets it and he keeps it til he decides to give it away

The Day

I dropped G off at school today and saw this tree, I liked it so I shot it.
I didn't even mind the cars, well not much anyway.
OK I did mind the cars, but to get  the sun in the right place, I had to have the cars.
I shot this with my iPhone, actually, I shot all of today's pics with my iPhone.

After I dropped him off I went to the Doc and got a blood test to check on some stuff, and on the way to work, I saw this Broken down fire truck. Now I don't know about you, but I have never seen or thought about a broken fire truck. I was always under the assumption that fire trucks never break, they come to your house and put out a fire, they can't break, what would happen to my house?

So, well its something I never in my life ever thought about.

I made it to work, and I saw this flower, I have never seen this flower before, I do not know what it is.

but I liked it, so I shot it.

This picture I shot last night when my friend was cooking us Scorpion fish!

Scorpion fish is the best fish I have ever had, 1000 times better than red snapper.

G and I were excited ALL day waiting for that fish. The one on the right, that's the one.

This is Wednesday's post, I'm just late.
I did a lot today, including installing and syncing all my stuff to iOS 5 and the cloud.
I just finished and thought, oh crap! no post!!

Today one of the many things I did was shoot a passion flower, I liked it, so today, that's what you get.

Today I Made Something

When I started this blog I had decided to shoot or make something everyday.
Today it rained all day, I am very happy and excited about that, but G and I were supposed to go to the HBU soccer field and play, but because of the rain we didn't get to.
I had made a deal with G that if he scored in his game I would get him something that he wanted really, really bad.
As I told you in the last post, he scored a hat trick in his game, even bending it like Beckham!


So today I got him Fifa 12

Today I made something,

I made my son happy!

Gotta love these kinda days!!

Today was a Good Day!

Today was an action packed day!
Woke up, drove to Montrose took carw of my friend's dogs
Drove to Sugar Land for G's Game at 9 AM
He scored a hat trick!!!
One of which was a corner kick and he bent it into the goal!!!!!!!
DAMN!!!

Then we went shopping for a birthday present for a bowling party

And to the new Sugar Land Farmers Market 

Then we went to Barnaby's for fries

Then we went to my friends to take care of the dogs again, and go swimming!

Then we drove back to Sugar Land for the bowling birthday party

Then quickly to Telephone Road and Fuqua for Mexican Soccer!!

He didn't score here but he played well.

Then super quickly to babysit and play with Nikolas

Then home to bed

WHEW!! What a day
